Ready to take your aerial skills to the next level? Join our Competition Team! Prerequisites include a minimum of 12 months of aerial experience and a commitment to train hard. Team members must attend at least one strength & conditioning class, one regular class, and one competition class weekly. Classes

Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

Lyra, also known as aerial hoop, is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling, used in aerial arts performances. It allows performers to execute acrobatic movements and poses both inside and around the hoop, showcasing strength, flexibility, and grace. Lyra is commonly used in circus performances and aerial classes to build core strength, coordination, and body control. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, offering a mix of artistic expression and athletic challenge.

Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes, led by a professional Personal Trainer, offer a dynamic mix of exercises designed to challenge and engage participants of all fitness levels. Acro / Aerial / Circus

Acro, Circus Arts, and Aerials Mix is a unique blend of acrobatics, circus skills, and aerial disciplines, designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Participants engage in a variety of activities such as handstands, partner acrobatics, juggling, aerial silks, lyra, and more. This dynamic combination allows for creative expression and athletic development, offering a full-body workout that enhances balance, agility, and control. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced performer, this class provides a fun and supportive environment to explore the excitement of circus and aerial arts

Aerial Silks (Tissue)

Aerial silks, also known as fabric or tissu, is a type of aerial performance where artists climb, wrap, and suspend themselves in long, flowing fabric hung from the ceiling. Performers execute various moves, including drops, spins, and poses, showcasing strength, flexibility, and fluidity. The practice builds core strength, balance, and endurance. Aerial silks are a popular part of circus arts and aerial fitness, suitable for all levels, offering a unique blend of artistry and athleticism.

Aerial Straps

Aerial straps is an advanced form of aerial arts where performers use two long straps suspended from the ceiling to execute acrobatic movements. Acting & Set the Scene program

The Acting Course is designed to develop performance skills, confidence, and creativity in a supportive and engaging environment. Suitable for all experience levels, this course focuses on fundamental acting techniques, including character development, voice projection, improvisation, and scene work. Participants will explore various styles of acting, from classical to modern, while honing their ability to express emotion and connect with an audience. Fire Flow / Spinning

Fire Twirling, Spinning Cube, and Flow are captivating circus arts that combine skill, rhythm, and movement.
